What this site stores in your browser, who else gets to see anything, and how to change your mind.
The short version
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking by default. A single entry is stored in your own browser — your cookie choice — and nothing else loads until you allow it.
What is stored
It is first-party and stays on your device. It is not readable by anyone else, and it is not used to identify you.
Categories you control
- Strictly necessary — always on
- Stores this cookie choice, so we can honour it and stop asking. Nothing else.
- External media — off unless you allow it
- Lets the trailer load from YouTube. YouTube sets its own cookies and receives your IP address once the player is loaded.
- Analytics — off unless you allow it
- Anonymous statistics about which pages get read, so we know what is worth making more of.
Third parties
The trailer is hosted on YouTube. Its player is not loaded until you ask for it, and we use the no-cookie player domain. Once loaded, YouTube receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s terms.
Links to Steam, Discord, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to them until you follow one, and then their own privacy terms apply.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is one click, the same as giving consent. Your choice expires after twelve months, and we ask again.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For anything on this page, write to contact@twistedlinegames.com.
